| As of this moment, there isn`t a lot to display here, as painting on a traditional surface like canvas is a new thing for me! But it`s so easy; I wonder why I haven`t tried it sooner! >Here is the first pet portrait I ever created on canvas-board, "Riley on the Beach", 2004... the photo of the lab pup showed her originally on a bland background; I added a few beach-related objects to carry out the theme and add a little bit of interest... >This painting is also on canvas board; the reference photo is pictured above the finished portrait. (please do not judge my artwork on the photo quality; you would THINK that an artist could take great photos!) |
